We maintain and update a database of sites worldwide that are helping us support studies across a range of therapeutic areas. We aim to grow this database by adding research-capable sites and investigators who are interested in being considered for future studies with FHI Clinical.

Completing this form is the first step to building this relationship between FHI Clinical and your organization and being considered as a potential site. After we receive your completed form, we will contact you to arrange a formal introduction with the FHI Clinical team for further evaluation of your site for inclusion in the database.
